About the role
- Take charge of healthcare projects shaping the future of patient care.
- Collaborate with project teams, internal departments, and external partners.
- Create comprehensive project plans covering timelines and budgets.
- Prepare business cases and ensure projects remain within budget.
- Foster collaborations with regional healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market developments to identify opportunities.
- Optimize workflows based on project insights and feedback.
- Organize knowledge transfer sessions to enhance team learning.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure project satisfaction.
Requirements
- Someone with a commercial and creative mindset.
- Knowledge of the Dutch healthcare landscape and stakeholder collaboration.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a commercial position.
- Experience with project-based working and independent management of projects.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and implementation techniques.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising legislation (‘CGR’) and compliance.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English are key for this role.
- Working and thinking level: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related fields.
