Develop analytics and connect those outputs to business decisions; interact with and influence US Market Access, Marketing, and Sales
Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis informing enterprise-level decision-making and drive business accountability
Proactively identify key opportunities to drive performance by leveraging various analytics techniques
Communicate customer and business insights and data findings; create succinct stories to influence business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align analytics with overall business objectives
Dissect business issues, analyze root causes, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executives
Consult with internal and external stakeholders to determine descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analysis to support business objectives
Connect disparate data sources to generate new insights and provide strategic recommendations
Lead delivery of analysis and BI scope that is clearly defined, tracked, implemented, monitored, and communicated
Lead key initiatives by providing project management, analytical problem solving, preparation of presentation material, and program implementation
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in an analyst function (e.g., operations, finance, business analytics)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a role that supports Marketing Teams in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., market research, business analytics, marketing), with some experience in the respiratory space
Ability to multitask and deliver results in tight timelines, and adaptability to fast paced, frequently changing environment
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to think strategically about the business and challenge the status quo thought process
Team player and collaborates well with other team members from diverse backgrounds and work styles
Ability to communicate data to target audiences across the organization
Experience with reporting & business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Must be proficient with all MS Office applications, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills required
Experience working with a pharmaceutical company on a launch preferred
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited university
