- Compensation: Revenue-share model; most CMOs target taking home over $200,000 a year, with some making double that amount.
- Remote in West United States; 2-3 client companies; 125 fractional executives support
- Application process includes questions about leadership experience and budget history
Requirements
- Must have held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies
- Experience to help a CEO or business owner understand where and how to grow and determine which marketing tools to apply
- Market-based perspective; willingness to work with multiple companies and 125 fractional executives
- Inquisitiveness, resilience, and knowledge; no canned Chief Outsiders approach
