Requirements

  • Must have held the position of VP of Marketing or CMO at one or more large operating companies
  • Experience to help a CEO or business owner understand where and how to grow and determine which marketing tools to apply
  • Market-based perspective; willingness to work with multiple companies and 125 fractional executives
  • Inquisitiveness, resilience, and knowledge; no canned Chief Outsiders approach
