About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce CRM data for current and prospective customers, contacts and sales opportunities
  • Create sales proposals aligned with clients’ needs and available inventory
  • Support Sales Executives with follow-up and other sales activities as needed
  • Manage the contracting process, including creation of accurate contracts and tracking status within the CRM
  • Support marketing email campaigns through email creation, list pulls, audience segmentation, and campaign performance and engagement analysis
  • Assist in creating and maintaining sponsorship brochures, sales collateral, and other sales enablement materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, data quality, and team efficiency
  • Report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, advertising, marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, marketing, or business development
  • Preferably experience in media, advertising, or digital marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce, email marketing platforms, or other sales and marketing technology is a plus
