About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the successful execution and continuous improvement of Chief Detective's User-Generated Content (UGC) program
  • Serve as the operational hub between clients, Growth Partners, Creative Strategists, creators, and internal production teams
  • Source, recruit, onboard, vet, and manage a diverse network of UGC creators
  • Negotiate creator compensation and usage rights
  • Manage creator relationships throughout campaign lifecycles and build a preferred creator roster
  • Manage approximately 5–8 simultaneous UGC client programs from kickoff through final asset delivery
  • Coordinate creator outreach and selection, product shipments, logistics, briefs, contracts, milestones, assets, and revisions
  • Provide proactive campaign updates and communicate progress and risks to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate issues before they affect timelines and recommend operational solutions
  • Maintain project tracking, creator documentation, templates, agreements, performance records, and project documentation
  • Improve SOPs, documentation, templates, creator playbooks, onboarding materials, and campaign learning processes
  • Develop internal case studies and recommend operational improvements to scale the UGC program
  • Deliver campaigns on agreed timelines and maintain organized documentation
  • Grow and strengthen the creator database, improve creator turnaround time, and reduce creator attrition
  • Maintain timely communication across Slack and email and close communication loops

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, production coordination, project management, or campaign operations
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced agency environment
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail), ClickUp, Slack, and DocuSign
  • Familiarity with creator management platforms is a plus
