About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • To provide administrative and lettings support to our neighbourhood’s teams.
  • To deliver services of high quality, replicating high standards continually, achieving and exceeding performance targets.
  • Arrange property viewings.
  • Respond to lettings enquiries and provide housing advice to prospective
  • Develop adverts and marketing campaigns for any hard to let properties.
  • Ensure accurate tenancy agreements and sign-up packs are produced.
  • Ensure that nomination packs are produced and sent to all nominated people.
  • Ensure that the annual registrations process is delivered and that new tenancies are registered with the RTB.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the work of the Neighbourhoods’ team, Income team, Safer Neighbourhoods team and Environmental Services team.
  • Provide customer reception duties where applicable and support facilities management in offices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience of delivering customer service
  • Experience of partnership working
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • IT skills – Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
  • Experience of following set policies and processes
  • Permission to work in The Republic of Ireland
  • Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or equivalent
  • A full, clean driving licence, and access to your own vehicle
  • Desirable: Relevant professional qualification.
  • Knowledge and awareness of related housing regulations/ law
