About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, regional chains, and strategic partners

  • Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and supply chain teams
  • Provide account insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
  • Conduct regular business reviews and address partner concerns
  • Serve as the primary contact for restaurant chain partners
  • Lead or assist with trainings and events
  • Manage the assigned territory, including key accounts throughout Vancouver and Whistler

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
  • Proven experience in key account management within the beverage-alcohol industry, with a focus on regional chain partnerships
  • Strong understanding of the beverage-alcohol industry, including trends and dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts and partnerships
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  • WSET and/or related certifications are preferred
  • Availability for evening and weekend work is required
  • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
