About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee monthly accounting activities and financial statement preparation
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
- Monitor cash flow, margins, costs, and key performance indicators
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team

Requirements
What you’ll need- CPA designation required
- Bilingual in French and English
- Strong experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfort with financial systems; Business Central is an asset
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to translate financial information into actionable insights and influence decisions
