About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop provincial marketing plans for assigned Moët Hennessy brands
  • Complete monthly activation reports and provide market updates
  • Execute creative strategy for new product launches and in-market execution
  • Implement and measure marketing activities and event strategies against agreed KPIs
  • Collaborate with National Brand Marketing teams and local Charton Hobbs teams on customer-driven initiatives
  • Liaise with the Senior Regional Market Manager, Moët Hennessy, and sales team to implement strategies
  • Define and maintain strategic account lists and complete quarterly listing-status updates
  • Grow brand presence in key on-premise and retail accounts and identify market opportunities
  • Build account relationships through support, activation, and training
  • Determine and track resource allocations and spending plans; recommend adjustments based on performance
  • Plan, organize, and execute field-level brand activations
  • Manage POSM ordering, warehouse operations, pickup, delivery, creation, upkeep, and repairs
  • Support large-scale event management and PR activations
  • Provide product knowledge, training, personalization, and brand resources to sales teams, accounts, and clients
  • Maintain knowledge of brand guidelines, logo usage, cropping guides, and image rights
  • Represent the brand at events and partner locations through training, speeches, and appearances
  • Support operational tasks related to managing the LCBO Spirits Category team
  • Manage procurement, deposits, raw materials, goods, and services
  • Handle event warehouse materials, including lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 40+ pounds
  • Work in the office and field, including occasional evening/weekend events and domestic and international travel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree or higher, preferably Marketing or Business Administration, OR 3 or more years of relevant luxury wine and spirit industry experience or related luxury product-oriented company experience
  • Available for evening and weekend events, sometimes on short notice
  • Available for local and international travel
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
  • Access to a vehicle and valid Ontario Driver’s License
  • Effective team player

  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including restaurants, bars, and nightclubs
  • Basic understanding of the retail industry
  • Affinity for the wines and spirits category
  • Established Ontario trade contacts on and off premises is a plus
  • Spirit and wine sales or marketing experience
  • WSET Level 2 or above and related spirits certifications are a plus
  • May need to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull 40+ pounds
