About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day workflow on healthcare staffing needs between clients and CHG
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned client accounts, including new specialties and worksite expansion
- Use CHG technologies, such as CHG Connect, to conduct staffing workflow functions
- Collaborate across CHG brand teams on jobs and presentations to drive NDA
- Promote CHG, its brands, and value-added services in professional settings
- Monitor account and specialty trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities using business intelligence reports
- Create, interpret, and present reports and presentations to internal and external clients
- Conduct client point-of-contact research and prepare data and slide deck presentations
- Solve problems using cross-functional and brand teams as appropriate
- Maintain client source-of-truth information across CHG and partner teams
- Ensure adherence to client contracts according to existing procedures
- Facilitate internal and client calls and meetings
- Provide insights on client contract decisions, amendments, and process improvement
- Build relationships across clients’ recruitment teams and other departments
- Drive communication with sales and business partners to maximize deliverability, grow market share, and exceed sales goals
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and share best practices

Requirements
What you’ll need- College level education or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience with business analytics and client facing presentations
- High-level experience with building business relationships
- Strong ability to listen and inquire deeply into customer needs and expectations
- Ability to ask valuable questions and seek out others’ perspectives
- Ability to apply industry knowledge to advance CHG’s goals
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to collaborate and drive results within a team environment
- Ability to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Salesforce and various database programs
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfort with client-facing presentations and public speaking in a highly professional environment
- Ability to create, process, and present large amounts of documentation and business analytics
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel quarterly
- Preferred: Work experience in healthcare or staffing industries with knowledge of medical terminology
