About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in gathering and analyzing client requirements and data.
Manage Implementation inbox.
Assist with data migration tasks and testing activities under supervision.
Provide support during the pre-implementation, go-live and post-implementation phases.
Assist with documentation, demos, training, and user guides.
Communicate directly with client stakeholders to provide updates and gather information throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Identify and escalate risks or roadblocks to the Implementation Manager in a timely manner.
Develop working knowledge of the Locumsmart platform to support client and internal requests .

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic understanding of healthcare operations and/or vendor management.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Basic project management skills.
Proficiency in Google suite (ex. Google Docs) and Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel & Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
Will consider an associate degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
Will consider a high school diploma with 2+ years of relevant experience.
