About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop production activities and workflows using workflow orchestration platforms and TypeScript.
Support full lifecycle including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
Advise and mentor the team on best practices in workflow orchestration.
Actively participate in refinement, architecture discussions, and code reviews, ensuring the team builds solutions that are high-quality, secure, and meet the design goals.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partner stakeholders to understand the use cases and build solutions to meet business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years professional experience with a workflow orchestration platform.
Mastery of a modern scripted language (preferably TypeScript)
Software development lifecycle and version control system (preferably Git)
AI-forward development practices
Agile development practices
5-7 years practical experience developing software solutions in a professional environment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Preferred Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience with agentic workflows
Proficient with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha)
Knowledge of core security principles
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to teach others.
