About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for driving growth and retention on assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Develop C & V-level client relationships, growing internal senior leader business partnerships.
  • Renew contracts and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Drive client strategy and bring market insights to CHG.
  • Coach and develop a team of account management professionals.
  • Serve on the Account Management senior leadership team.
  • Lead efforts to achieve team and individual account goals.
  • Develop strategic/consultative partnerships at clients’ executive level.
  • Provide consultation to maximize team performance.

Requirements
