About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Compiles documents, researches and verifies provider education
- Acts as a liaison between state boards and providers
- Obtains updates on the status of applications and reports progress
- Requests and verifies documentation and information pertaining to education and licensing
- Makes necessary calls and sends appropriate correspondence to request applications from state boards; notifies the providers of said requests; obtains application updates
- Communicates with boards regarding licensure qualifications and specific licensing questions
- Requests and tracks all documents requested by state boards
- Requests National Board verifications and state license verifications
Requirements
What you’ll need- One year work experience in a clerical/support position involving customer interaction and task completion
- College education
- Experience in the medical field preferred
