Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as a senior strategic analytics partner to various stakeholders including Executive Leadership.
Leads enterprise profitability analytics across products, member segments, channels, branches, and lines of business.
Analyzes member and product trends, profiles, and historical data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business improvements.
Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict loan growth, deposit trends, and member behavior patterns in support of strategic and operational planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience preferred, including at least 5 years of analytics experience within retail banking, consumer lending, or financial services environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Demonstrated experience developing advanced reporting solutions, data analytics, financial models, and statistical forecasting methodologies.
Strong consultative, communication, and relationship-management skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business insights.
