About the role
- Improve the understanding of how each product feature performs and provide actionable recommendations
- Manage a highly effective team of data analysts
- Establish best practices for experimentation, reporting, and insight generation
- Accurately measure, diagnose, and forecast our business
- Enable the rest of our company to self-serve insights through intuitive dashboards and AI integrations
- Partner closely with our Head of Data Engineering to ensure data validity and consistency
Requirements
- 8+ years in data analytics / data science
- 5+ years in data leadership and people management
- Experience in consumer at scale with at least 10M Monthly Active Users
- Hands-on experience with modern dashboard and experimentation tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills working in a fully distributed team
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and appreciation for effective communication
