Key responsibilities & impact

Design and maintain predictive models for revenue outcomes, retention patterns, and practice behavior
Create account scoring and segmentation frameworks based on potential, risk, or lifecycle signals
Develop analytical tools to improve resource allocation, account prioritization, and trend identification
Incorporate new data sources and enrichment methods
Lead cross-functional efforts translating analytical findings into process, priority, and go-to-market changes
Drive long-horizon analytics initiatives improving decision-making accuracy, reliability, and scale
Own core revenue KPIs, operating results, and weekly performance reporting
Build and maintain dashboards for quota, attainment, pipeline health, retention, and other key metrics
Calculate revenue-team incentive compensation monthly and quarterly
Support quarterly planning with quota, capacity, coverage, and segmentation inputs
Analyze pipeline, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, churn drivers, competitive performance, segments, and industries
Perform root-cause analysis when metrics shift unexpectedly
Provide insights for leadership reviews, quarterly planning, and forecast discussions
Build and maintain reliable dbt data models, metric definitions, documentation, and reporting logic
Improve data quality and automate repetitive reporting through scalable pipelines and models
Maintain data integrity across platforms
Translate complex data into narratives, visuals, and written insights for senior and non-technical audiences
Elevate analytics communication, documentation, and analytical rigor

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3+ years of experience in analytics, preferably supporting Sales, RevOps, CS, or lifecycle analytics
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with strong academic performance
Strong SQL skills and experience working in a warehouse environment
Experience with Tableau, Metabase, or similar BI tools
Expert in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Ability to independently translate loose questions into structured analysis
Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and directness
Ability to balance recurring operational work with long-term analytical initiatives
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Exposure to Python / Python experience preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
