About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multiple locations within a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader
- Manage vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling, and learning and development
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain company values and policies
- Partner with the Regional Manager on alignment and strategy for designated locations
- Prepare locations for timely opening, including hiring, inventories, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and bank deposit procedures
- Determine district-wide staffing requirements and ensure hiring and onboarding standards are met
- Recruit and train Local Managers and assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations
- Manage and support Local Managers and teams, including upselling, inventory, supplies, hiring, and terminations
- Develop district strategies and implementation plans to drive business results and operational excellence
- Maintain vendor relations and partner with mall managers to support efficient operations, guest service, and profitability
- Conduct site visits, analyze sales activity and reports, and implement improvement plans
- Participate in weekly conference calls with the Regional Manager
- Respond to business calls and emails in a timely manner
- Oversee staff hours, scheduling, timecards, and verification of daily bank deposits
- Ensure season-end breakdown, equipment security, and post-season reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma plus 4 years equivalent work experience
- Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Daily access to the internet
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership, time management, problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
- Professional attire and good hygiene
- Availability for mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel if required
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week or as needed
- Ability to recruit, hire, train, manage, motivate, and lead teams
- Ability to operate cameras, POS systems, and other equipment
