About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee multiple locations across our West Coast region for our Souvenir division
- Manage operations, business strategies, and overall performance
- Lead and motivate a team of District Managers and Operations Managers
- Develop district strategies and implementation plans
- Determine district-wide staffing requirements and ensure hiring/onboarding standards are met
- Conduct site visits, analyze sales activity and implement plans to drive successful operations
- Establish and maintain positive venue relations
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in retail, tourism or related field
- Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily access to the internet (laptop provided)
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
