About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee multiple locations across our West Coast region for our Souvenir division
  • Manage operations, business strategies, and overall performance
  • Lead and motivate a team of District Managers and Operations Managers
  • Develop district strategies and implementation plans
  • Determine district-wide staffing requirements and ensure hiring/onboarding standards are met
  • Conduct site visits, analyze sales activity and implement plans to drive successful operations
  • Establish and maintain positive venue relations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in retail, tourism or related field
  • Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily access to the internet (laptop provided)
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
