About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee multiple locations across our West Coast region for our Souvenir division
Manage operations, business strategies, and overall performance
Lead and motivate a team of District Managers and Operations Managers
Develop district strategies and implementation plans
Determine district-wide staffing requirements and ensure hiring/onboarding standards are met
Conduct site visits, analyze sales activity and implement plans to drive successful operations
Establish and maintain positive venue relations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 18 years of age
Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in retail, tourism or related field
Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint with daily access to the internet (laptop provided)
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
