About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing multiple locations across the West Coast region for our Souvenir division
- Managing operations, business strategies, and overall performance
- Leading and motivating a team of District Managers and Operations Managers
- Developing district strategies and implementation plans to support regional and company initiatives
- Recruiting and training qualified District Managers and Operations Managers
- Conducting site visits and analyzing sales activity and reports
- Establishing and maintaining positive venue relations
- Overseeing budgeted staff hours, scheduling, and timecards
- Participating in weekly team conference calls and providing operational updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in retail, tourism or related field
- Prior proven success managing multiple locations in the retail/service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
