About the role
- Lead the Enterprise Architecture team, guiding them in setting technology policies, standards, and governance practices across the organization.
- Develop and maintain the business, technical, application, information, process, and infrastructure views of the organization’s architecture.
- Ensure the technology strategy is aligned with the organization’s business strategy.
- Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to provide a clear architectural roadmap.
- Communicate the enterprise architecture strategy and associated roadmaps to impacted stakeholders.
- Chair and manage the Technology Review Board (TRB) to drive strategic technology decisions.
- Oversee the development and communication of the enterprise architecture strategy.
- Continuously monitor and assess emerging technology trends.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Experience in overseeing technology governance processes, policies, and practices.
- Demonstrated proficiency in solution design and integration.
- A track record of leading and managing teams of architects and specialists.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
- Background in developing and maintaining enterprise-wide knowledge repositories of technology and tools.
- Proficiency in data architecture design and management.
- Experience in providing advisory support to teams on technology selection and application.
- Experience in managing enterprise processes, policies, and practices for technology selection and advancement.
- Background in leading organizational change initiatives related to technology and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture or related domains are highly desirable.
