About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships across a portfolio as the main point of contact
  • Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business leads through expansion and pricing optimisation initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Category Management to execute strategic customer plans
  • Conduct business reviews, manage tenders and negotiate contracts
  • Monitor account performance using metrics and customer feedback such as NPS
  • Oversee the annual audit process, ensuring policy compliance and recovery of outstanding equipment fees
  • Lead initiatives to reduce transport costs and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Support customer sustainability initiatives and broader corporate social responsibility objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in account management, customer service, inside sales or relationship-based roles, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Curious, consultative mindset focused on understanding customer needs
  • Confidence engaging customers with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness of how service, pricing and operational decisions affect customer outcomes
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills for managing multiple customer relationships
  • Comfort working with structure, big data and advanced systems
  • CRM experience preferred; Salesforce ideal but not essential
  • Desire to build a career within a large global organisation and openness to learning, feedback and progression
  • Full working rights in Australia required
  • Sponsorship is not available
