About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations
- Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure
- Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing training for retailer staff
- Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers
- Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives
- Monitor asset control metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- A full UK driving licence
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing or field based role
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a service led or FMCG environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and spot trends
- A people focused approach with confidence in influencing and problem solving
