About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations
  • Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing training for retailer staff
  • Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers
  • Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives
  • Monitor asset control metrics to proactively identify areas for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A full UK driving licence
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer facing or field based role
  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a service led or FMCG environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and spot trends
  • A people focused approach with confidence in influencing and problem solving
