About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, implement and manage the commercial strategy to achieve sustainable growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Foster collaboration across internal teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance
- Oversee the sales pipeline and account management processes
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a business leader with end-to-end business accountability
- 3–5+ years at Executive/ExCo level
- Strong South African market knowledge and established customer networks
- Experience managing large, complex P&Ls
- Track record in commercial delivery, contract negotiation, and customer retention
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA advantageous
