Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on experience in demand and/or supply planning
The ability to operate seamlessly between detailed analysis and senior executive influence
Proven experience balancing short-term operational pressures with long-term strategic planning
High analytical intelligence and strong commercial acumen
Experience influencing outcomes in complex, fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Exposure to IBP frameworks, SAP and/or JDA planning systems preferred.
A leadership style grounded in technical credibility, clear judgement and executive presence.
