• Lead customer collaboration projects aimed at reducing waste in packaging, transport, asset loss and other supply chain inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sustainability, commercial, and operations, to design and implement customer solutions that align with CHEP’s strategic goals.
• Work closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth implementation and delivering measurable value to both the customer and CHEP.
• Support the development and execution of digital transformation and sustainability initiatives that drive customer engagement and operational improvement.
• Develop and present data-driven insights, proposals, and value propositions to customers, showcasing the mutual benefits of proposed solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration in delivering customer solutions.
• Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring that solutions address key customer needs, while supporting CHEP’s sustainability goals.
• Drive the execution of strategic project delivery for identified savings, efficiency, and growth opportunities for the customer.
