About the role

  • Lead global FP&A finance transformation initiatives
  • Design and improve FP&A processes and systems across Brambles
  • Ensure project management and delivery of key Finance Transformation activities
  • Create a global COE model and global hub for standardisation and automation
  • Implement project “Prime” – SAP Analytics across FP&A teams
  • Develop and implement FP&A processes and policies at the Global level
  • Support the implementation, training, and monitoring of FP&A policies in regional teams
  • Work with Technology Services to support review and implementation of FP&A related systems and enhancements
  • Develop the Technology Road Map for FP&A with the Group Head of Performance
  • Lead cash flow forecasting model and deploying agreed improvements across the business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
  • Ability to operate effectively across a matrix and wide range of leadership styles, being an effective influencer and persuasive spokesperson across the entire organisation
  • Technical FP&A expertise
  • Credibility and gravitas across strategic, financial, and operational discussions at a senior level
  • Decision maker, driven by objectives, solutions, and results
  • Strategic and critical thinker, anticipate & provide scenarios for different problems
  • A deep understanding of how businesses work with the ability to see the big picture.
