About the role
- Lead the definition and harmonization of global business processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR)
- Collaborate with functional leaders to co-create process design principles and KPIs
- Partner with Technical Services (IT) and system integrators to ensure process requirements are accurately translated into ERP configurations
- Oversee pilot implementations and global rollouts, ensuring timely delivery and adoption
- Establish Global Process Ownership as a key element of the Operating Model of the organisation
- Engage with GPOs and GPLs to drive process excellence methods and decisions across the organisation
- Act as the primary liaison between global business units, functional teams, and ERP programme leadership
- Facilitate workshops and change impact assessments to align stakeholders on process changes
- Support change management initiatives by identifying process impacts and helping teams adapt to new ways of working
- Contribute to training content and ensure process owners are equipped to sustain the transformation
- Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Requirements
- At least 5 years proven experience in leading global process transformation within ERP programmes
- At least 5 years in people management/leadership roles
- Experience working in multinational environments with diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, process mapping tools (e.g. Signavio, Nintex, etc), and reporting platforms
- Experience with Business Process Architecture
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies
