About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Postgraduate degree in Corporate or Business Law.
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in corporate advisory, contracts, real estate law, and M&A.
  • Fluent English required, including a proficiency assessment.
  • French is desirable.
  • Experience with strategic and complex transactions.
  • Strong technical decision-making skills.
  • Critical and proactive mindset.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and commitment to legal innovation.
  • Ability to structure legal solutions with a business-oriented perspective.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organization and efficient deadline management.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, company, and contract law.
