About the role
- - Identify and source potential clients through research, platforms, and outbound channels
- - Qualify leads based on defined criteria and business needs
- - Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems
- - Support the BD team with market insights and competitor analysis
- - Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
- - Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- - Act as an initial point of contact for inbound and outbound leads
- - Support handover of qualified leads to Client Solutions or Sales teams
- - Track lead progress and sales pipeline updates
- - Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance and conversion rates
- - Ensure accurate documentation and data hygiene in systems
- - Work closely with Business Development, Client Solutions, and Marketing teams
- - Support campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
- - Contribute ideas to improve lead generation processes and workflows
Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in business development, sales support, or lead generation (tech or B2B environment preferred)
- - Strong research, organisation, and communication skills
- - Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship building
- - Ability to work independently in a lean, collaborative environment
- - Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
