About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Performs various daily processing activities associated with digital banking services
Resolves problems and ensures the exceptions and anomalies are addressed
Provides daily phone and virtual support to all members
Responsible for debit card processing including transactions, disputes, issuance, and transaction inquiries
Sets up, maintains, and provides ongoing support for business banking clients
Establishes and maintains business deposit accounts
Review and approve incoming and outgoing wire transfers for customers
Assists with the cross-selling of additional products and services
Performs various quality assurance processes
Assists with the development, implementation, and testing of new Digital Banking services
Reconcile general ledgers associated with various Digital Banking Operations tasks
Responsible for adhering to Bank policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of banking experience in Deposit Operations and/or Retail Banking
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Detail oriented and well organized
Strong customer service orientation
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to learn and adapt to change
Must interact with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
