About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather business requirements for the purchase journey: catalog/pre-purchase, pricing, promotions, stock availability, checkout and payment;
- Translate each requirement into a Jira ticket containing context, scope, acceptance criteria and visual references;
- Interact with teams responsible for pricing, promotions and inventory to ensure the requirement is specified and tested;
- Track ticket resolution through to closure;
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of the purchase journey, confirming that implementations meet the requirement;
- Keep requirements and status up to date for the Project Manager (PM).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience writing business functional requirements and conducting discovery phases for e-commerce features;
- Experience with VTEX or another e-commerce platform;
- Business requirements documentation;
- Proficiency with Jira;
- Advanced English (reading/writing).
