About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather business requirements for the purchase journey: catalog/pre-purchase, pricing, promotions, stock availability, checkout and payment;
Translate each requirement into a Jira ticket containing context, scope, acceptance criteria and visual references;
Interact with teams responsible for pricing, promotions and inventory to ensure the requirement is specified and tested;
Track ticket resolution through to closure;
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of the purchase journey, confirming that implementations meet the requirement;
Keep requirements and status up to date for the Project Manager (PM).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience writing business functional requirements and conducting discovery phases for e-commerce features;
Experience with VTEX or another e-commerce platform;
Business requirements documentation;
Proficiency with Jira;
Advanced English (reading/writing).
