About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the visual execution of T2, T3 and T4 projects, ensuring fidelity to the Samsung Visual Identity System (VIS) and to each market’s guidelines;
Coordinate the Art Assistant in the production and adaptation of T1 assets, setting priorities, reviewing deliveries and ensuring quality prior to the Quality Gate;
Ensure visual concept lock: once a concept is approved, no significant aesthetic decisions should be reopened without a formal justification recorded in the PMO;
Operate generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly Enterprise) to generate and refine visual assets, always within Samsung brand compliance limits;
Adapt creative masters to the formats and specifications of each platform and market, maintaining visual consistency and cultural appropriateness;
Participate in the Quality Gate alongside the Quality Gate Lead, performing the final visual review before any client delivery;
Contribute to the Prompts Library for visual assets by documenting validated prompts and aesthetic parameters that accelerate future production cycles.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a graphic designer, ART Director or Art Director in an advertising agency focused on digital content;
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and prototyping tools (Figma or equivalent);
Proven ability to lead execution in a high-volume environment with multiple parallel deliveries and possible tight deadlines;
Experience with global brand systems and the ability to make autonomous design decisions within an established visual system.
