About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create original copy for all hub formats: posts, banners, videos, PDPs, e-mails, push notifications, and digital POS materials;
Adapt master copy for the six LATAM markets using DeepL Pro support, ensuring cultural appropriateness and adherence to Samsung’s tone of voice in each market;
Draft scripts for short-form video and motion assets in coordination with the team;
Ensure textual concept lock: once a copy concept is agreed, changes to the creative direction must be formally recorded in the PMO with justification;
Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT) as a tool to accelerate first drafts, refining outputs with creative judgment and brand alignment before any approvals;
Contribute to the Prompts Library with validated copy prompts, headline structures, and CTA frameworks that speed up future production cycles;
Participate in the Quality Gate as the final copy reviewer, ensuring grammatical accuracy, appropriate tone, and zero brand-voice errors in deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a copywriter in an advertising agency, preferably on technology, telecom, or consumer electronics accounts;
Include a portfolio with samples of digital copy: social media, short videos, banners, PDPs, and product launch materials;
Ability to work at high volume across multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining creative quality and fidelity to the brief for each delivery;
Intermediate to advanced Spanish.
