About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain the hub’s Content Strategy Framework: content pillars, engagement journey, and tone guidelines by market (MX, AR, CO, CL, PE, BR);
Enrich incoming briefs with an insight layer: local consumer behavior, cultural context, and opportunities for market-specific differentiation;
Conduct desk research and competitive analysis for T3 and T4 projects, consolidating findings into actionable creative briefs;
Review creative concepts before concept lock, ensuring alignment between strategic insight and the proposed execution;
Monitor content performance via Looker Studio and translate data into optimization recommendations for the next production cycle;
Participate in monthly Optimization Review meetings and contribute accumulated strategic learnings to the Prompts Library;
Support the Strategic Lead in developing content guidelines by product category and distribution platform.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in digital planning or content strategy in an agency, consultancy, or tech marketing environment;
Ability to build data-driven content strategies, integrating audience, platform, and brand insights;
Knowledge of the LATAM digital ecosystem: platforms, consumer behavior, seasonality, and cultural differences by market;
Advanced/Fluent Spanish;
Intermediate English.
