About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor all open tickets daily, ensuring real-time status updates for each asset;
Log and distribute incoming briefings in the management system, classifying them by tier (T1–T4) according to PMO rules;
Track schedules and proactively flag risks of SLA breaches before critical deadlines;
Consolidate and send the Daily Status Report to the PMO Lead with a summary of open tickets, the day's deliveries, and identified blockers;
Coordinate logistics for operational meetings (Pipeline Planning, Samsung Sync), including agendas, minutes, and recording decisions;
Organize and maintain an up-to-date repository of files delivered by market, tier, and month on the network;
Support the generation of weekly and monthly reports by extracting data from the dashboard and consolidating metrics for volume, SLA, and revisions;
Apply delivery checklists to each asset before final approval, ensuring compliance with the hub's Quality Gate;
Escalate to the PMO Lead any request that presents a risk to SLA, a priority conflict, or lacks an assigned owner.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management or production assistance at an advertising agency or content production company;
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar) and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace).
