About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as Cheil's primary liaison with Samsung at both strategic and operational levels;
Receive, classify by tier (T1–T4), and distribute incoming briefings within the PMO;
Monitor SLAs in real time via Looker Studio 3 and Slack alerts;
Trigger PMO automations and exception Playbooks (PB1–PB5) when necessary;
Lead Pipeline Planning meetings;
Coordinate final delivery and manage revisions/adjustments;
Produce weekly performance reports for the Hub Director;
Ensure tickets have owners, deadlines, and real-time status updates;
Support operational onboarding of new team members;
Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and escalate to L3 when necessary;
Chair the Monthly Business Review (MBR) and the weekly Samsung Sync;
Approve concept locks for T4 Complex requests and overrides of brand compliance;
Coordinate squads and resolve ownership conflicts;
Monitor Looker Studio dashboards in real time and activate exception Playbooks;
Lead onboarding of new members and conduct quarterly team calibration;
Report performance to Cheil's executive leadership and Samsung stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in project management (preferred: agencies, production companies, and/or consultancies);
Proficiency in project management tools and workflow management;
Strong analytical reasoning to read dashboards and identify bottlenecks;
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with a high volume of requests;
Assertive communication and effective prioritization under pressure.
