About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support in planning Growth-focused campaigns;
  • Align offers with the Commercial team for CRM;
  • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly results;
  • Support the design of the overall Ecommerce strategy in CRM and for EPPs (students, SMBs and Partnerships);
  • Validate customer communications to be sent through CRM channels: App Push, Web Push, WhatsApp and Email;
  • Analyze results to derive insights related to CRM campaigns;
  • Support the development and monitoring of Communication Triggers and automated CRM campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to address and follow up on all aspects related to the areas you will work on;
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI and Tableau;
  • Proven experience with CRM and marketing campaign planning;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Process Management or a related field;
  • Experience working in or familiarity with agile methodologies;
  • Experience with CRM for Ecommerce;
  • Knowledge of using WhatsApp as part of an Ecommerce strategy;
  • Familiarity with CRM automation tools such as Insider, Salesforce or Adobe Campaign.
