About the role
- Serve as the main point of contact for Samsung US, ensuring clear communication between the client and internal teams.
- Support the service manager in briefing processes by creating and monitoring timelines and maintaining the status of projects and deliverables.
- Oversee deliverables to ensure they meet deadlines and align with client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings as a CRM consultant.
- Facilitate discussions on CRM strategy and campaign requirements to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Familiarity with Adobe Campaign is a strong advantage.
- Experience using Jira, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
