Requirements
- Deep Enterprise Sales Expertise: Proven experience navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles and structuring SaaS and hardware deals. Leadership Track Record: Successful people manager with experience leading and developing high-performing teams. Sales Team Builder: Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales organizations, set and exceed ambitious targets, and implement metrics that drive predictable growth. Industry Knowledge: Background in selling robotics/automation solutions or direct experience as a buyer of automation equipment within manufacturing environments.
