About the role
- Own the Chinese territory for UA CTV sales within the APAC region, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and handoff to onboarding teams.
- Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy with at least 100 CRM-recorded activities per week (calls, emails, meetings, follow-ups).
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot (or another CRM), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
- Create tailored proposals and consultative solutions for gaming and non-gaming advertisers, showcasing Adikteev's performance-driven value.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, including UA, growth, and marketing leads at top-tier advertisers across China and APAC.
- Identify and secure partnerships that accelerate CTV adoption across new verticals in the Chinese market.
- Represent Adikteev at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and pipeline opportunities across the region.
- Provide a target account list (including gaming and non-gaming companies) that you're confident can be converted within your first two quarters.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management and Campaign Management) to ensure seamless transitions from sales to activation.
- Share market feedback with leadership to refine strategy, positioning, and client engagement across the CTV ecosystem in China and APAC.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in UA, CTV or performance marketing, ideally with exposure to the Chinese or APAC markets.
- A demonstrated track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM, and disciplined in logging daily prospecting activities.
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with a strong ability to engage C-level and senior marketing decision-makers in the Chinese market.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with strong cultural awareness of the Chinese business environment.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and goal-driven, with the autonomy to own your market and deliver results.
