About the role
- Deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercises, functional activity training, and adaptive techniques in clients' homes
- Foster a compassionate, patient-centered approach to maintain independence and prevent falls
- Provide home-based occupational therapy visits for Cheer Home Care clients
- Communicate and coordinate care with team and management to support client well-being and professional development
Requirements
- Upbeat Personality
- Active California OT license
- Industry Experience, preferred
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to multitask, drive, take action
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Cell phone with Internet Access
- Proof of Negative TB results
- Willing to Work One Weekend a Month as Back-Up On Call
