About the role
- Support team on HR matters and full-cycle interview process
- Manage recruiting process and interviews
- Oversight of all office staff and caregiver paperwork
- Benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Employee relations and disciplinary documentation
- Training and development and performance management
- Work closely with office team and collaborate with stakeholders
Requirements
- Upbeat personality
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification, preferred
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience preferred
- 3+ years of industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
- Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
