About the role
- Deliver interventions and individual treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and function
- Foster a compassionate, patient-centered approach to help clients maintain independence and prevent falls in their homes
- Provide home-health physical therapy services for clients in San Diego and La Jolla
- Document patient progress and coordinate with care teams as needed
Requirements
- Upbeat Personality
- Active California PT license
- Industry Experience, preferred
- Strong Computer Skills
- Ability to multitask, drive, take action
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required
- Cell phone with Internet Access
- Proof of Negative TB results
- Willing to Work One Weekend a Month as Back-Up On Call
