• Understanding customer businesses and stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor for product application and set‑up
• Tracking and assessing weak points in end‑to‑end moderation systems
• Digging into customer policy and data to benchmark AI and model performance
• Supporting integration plans and roadmaps, addressing both technical and non‑technical needs
• Onboarding, training and educating customers on Checkstep features and compliance tools
• Advising customers on AI models and approaches and benchmarking AI performance, including the analysis of fairness metrics, identifying potential biases and recommending improvements
• Presenting tailored solutions to clients and driving adoption of Checkstep’s offering
• Facilitating cross‑departmental collaboration and act as a bridge between product, partnerships and customers
