About the role

  • Own the entire expansion engine for the existing customer base
  • Identify who is ready for an upgrade and design logic for contract configuration
  • Automate processes to ensure expansion happens at scale
  • Build technical and logical guardrails for customer self-service paths
  • Partner with BI and Finance to ensure correct reflection of expansion actions
  • Lead design of data architecture for future systems
  • Measure and report on KPIs like Churn Analysis and Expansion Targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or a Technical Finance role within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Highly proficient in SQL and Postgres
  • Ability to use Python for automating data workflows and manipulating complex data sets
  • Profound understanding of contract and sales order data structures
  • Ability to translate a technical upgrade into customer communications
  • Ability to design a 12-month roadmap and also work hands-on in a database
