About the role
- Build, run, and continuously scale the demand generation engine
- Own paid acquisition end to end — from strategy and experimentation to execution, optimization, and reporting
- Work closely with web dev, brand, and content to ensure campaigns scale efficiently
Requirements
- Hands-on ownership of end-to-end paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms
- At least 2 years of experience running demand generation campaigns in a B2B company
- Proficient in GA4 and HubSpot tracking and reporting
- Strong CRO skills across ads and landing pages
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is a plus
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
