About the role

  • Communicate with customers in writing and by telephone
  • Maintain data in our CRM system (Odoo)
  • Handle the administration and onboarding of new customers in procurement portals
  • Process supplier questionnaires and keep the corresponding information database up-to-date
  • Develop templates and translations
  • Assist with process descriptions
  • Help with customer trainings
  • Help with ticket sales for the annual Checkmk Conference and provide support before, during, and after the conference
  • Take on additional projects and tasks in collaboration with colleagues

Requirements

  • Registered as a student (m/f/d) in a commercial course of study or in a course of study related to IT
  • Very good communication skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
  • Ideally gained experience in a similar function
  • Ability to stay calm in chaotic situations
