About the role

  • Build a product central to users' everyday lives and make a measurable impact
  • Take end-to-end ownership of a defined product area within the monitoring platform
  • Translate product strategy into a clear roadmap and a well-prioritized backlog
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and domain experts
  • Define problems worth solving, make trade-off decisions, and ensure each increment advances the product vision
  • Improve technology monitoring with a focus on simplifying workflows in the UI
  • Own the end-to-end experience for new and redesigned features
  • Work closely with UX designers to translate technical requirements into cohesive product solutions
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on technical depth and frontend capabilities
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog to maintain strategic focus within the product area

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a (Technical) Product Manager or Product Owner with a strong affinity for UX
  • A technical mindset for engineering issues combined with a user-centered approach to solving them in the user interface
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services, bridging technical backends and intuitive frontend requirements
  • Familiarity with monitoring or DevOps software is a significant advantage
  • Strong analytical skills to transform complex backend data into meaningful, user-facing information
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to act as a bridge between engineering and user-centric design (German is a plus)
