- Using solution-based selling to show how we support trade businesses to grow.
- Handling objections with confidence and closing with clarity.
- Keeping Salesforce data tidy, accurate and up to date.
- Working with other teams to share insight, learn fast, and keep smashing targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of hitting targets.
- A confident communicator who’s not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
- Resilience, drive, and a hunger to exceed expectations.
- Solid objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a knack for spotting opportunities.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM to manage your pipeline.
